Brake problem found

When building activities, I always had the problem of completely filling the brake lines again after I had coupled a train. The brake lines were always only filled to 4.3 bar. As I have now found out, this problem was related to the brake settings in the .wag files. These problems always occurred when the wagons did not have multi-release brakes. So there will still be a lot of work to do in converting all .wag files whose brakes are still single-release.
