Revision of the .eng files

Apart from a few errors in .eng files that I fixed and a few missing .eng files that I added, the actual revision of the .eng files consists in replacing the division into two .eng files per locomotive with one file with the main track gear and brake lever position P, whereby the _SP extension was omitted from the file name. The reason for this is quite simple. The division into two .eng files has not proven to be successful.
