Further steps in route correction
Now that the first GR routes have been checked, in which errors have not been fixed for years, it turned out that there are also other errors that are not visible. This applies to databases, such as those for the tracks or roads, but also to the programming of signals. These errors will also be corrected as part of the preparation of the corrections for the GR routes. Even if this will increase the work, the end result will be a faultless track. As soon as there is news, I will announce it immediately.
Work progress on the NbE V 100 and the exchange package for PT 6
Work on the V 100 for the NbE is progressing well. The revised and extended package is expected to be released on June 15th, 2022. The same applies to the two V 100 in the exchange package for PT 6. When this work is done, the next step is the exchange and add-on packages for the V 100 from GR.
Open Rails
With regard to the medium-term failure to introduce hydraulic power transmission in the OR, I will try to present the best possible representation of hydraulic power transmission on the basis of the available options.
The translation of the operating instructions for the OR into German and French also continues. I hope to make good progress with the translation.
Until next time
