A new beginning in many areas
After the official commissioning of my website fahrt-frei.fr, I first got an overview of the work to be done. This inventory is tough and that's why I'm going to list this work right away.
- The structure of the page fahrt-frei.fr must be completed.
- The pictures that I previously published on Facebook are to be transferred to the picture gallery available here.
- The notes with the planned rolling stock and task packages must be updated and transferred here.
- The rolling stock packages that have already been published are transferred here from Google, as Google also operates censorship.
- The planned and partly started rolling stock packages must finally be completed and published.
- Future of my facebook page
1. Structure of the page fahrt-frei.fr
As you can easily see, there is still a lot to do for me in terms of building my site. However, this is not only related to the structure of the page itself, but also to the fact that there are considerably more design options here than on Facebook. As you can already see, the page is kept in the same shades of color that were introduced by the Bundesbahn in 1987. You can even display RAL colors here, which is why I use them for everything.
- RAL 7035 Lichtgrau for the underground and for writing on dark underground
- RAL 8019 Graubraun for writing on a light background
Other RAL colors will follow. The already known title bars in the color scheme of the individual train types are still used, as can already be seen.
But of course not only the coloring is completed, but also the usability is completed. In particular, navigating the page should be made as easy as possible.
2. Structure of the picture gallery
The pictures of the repaints I have already made, which I have already published on Facebook, are transferred here and divided into clear galleries. There will also be a lot of pictures that I haven't published yet. In addition, there is the possibility of adding a caption to each picture, which I will make use of.
3. Planned rolling stock and planned task packages
My already known lists with regard to my planning for rolling stock and task packages will also be transferred here. Since these lists are no longer up to date, they are of course brought up to date when they are transferred.
4. Verlagerung der fertigen Rollmaterialpakete
Another relocation concerns the rolling stock packages that have already been manufactured and published. The packages that were previously stored on Google will also be moved here. Google is not Facebook, but when it comes to censoring and spying on users, Google is in no way inferior to Facebook. Behavior that only annoys me. Fortunately, you can save the packages here. So everything is then united in one place.
4. Relocation of the finished rolling stock packages
I know. Since the summer of 2020 I have announced numerous rolling stock packages and almost nothing of this has been published. An imposition for you and a shame for me. From tomorrow I will start finishing the planned packages again. In order to keep you up to date, I will inform you regularly about the work progress.
6. What's next on Facebook?
Very easily. Not more. I am a very freedom-loving person and reject any form of censorship. According to Article 5, Paragraph 1 of the Basic Law, there is no censorship. If you consider the naturalness with which Facebook, Google etc. operate censorship, it is unacceptable for me to continue to publish my work on Facebook and with the help of Google. As a result, I will stop my activities on Facebook. I don't know yet whether I'll delete my Facebook page or leave it. Of course, building up fahrt-frei.fr is now more important.
So you can see that there is still a lot to be done. A lot more. But as already mentioned a week ago, there is a comprehensive new beginning taking place and I am determined and convinced that this new beginning will be a success. I will keep you up to date.
