.wag-Dateien von FCS_IC_Wagen revised

Revising the .wag files in Halycon's FCS_IC_Wagen folder

After revising the .sd and .wag files of the German Federal Railway's InterCity and InterRegio carriages and adding passenger views, I did the same with the original files. The .sd and .wag files of the carriages in the FCS_IC_Wagen folder have now been revised and added passenger views.
