The last package of the V 100 from the Reichsbahn is now also in progress
In order to speed up the work, I have now started the fifth package with the V 100 from the Dresden and Cottbus Reichsbahn directorates. Both packages will be released in the next few days before the end of the month. After I have made a large number of V 100 for the Bundesbahn and DBAG in recent years, there will now also be such an offer for the V 100 of the Reichsbahn. This represents a further important step towards increasing the range of rolling stock.
The next electric locomotive for the Reichsbahn
VEP_Dexter has kindly given me permission to use his model of the wooden roller for the production of repaints of the E 11 / 211 / 109 and E 42 / 242 / 142 series. I would therefore like to take this opportunity to thank him very much. Again, I'll try to get as much out of the textures as possible. In addition to E 11 and E 42 from eras III, IV and V of the Reichsbahn, I will also take era V of the DBAG into account. Of course, I can't promise anything at the moment, but if it is possible, I will try to also make E 11 and E 42, which were taken over by private railways after DBAG was founded. As I said, I can't promise anything yet. The possibility of using the wooden scooter model closes a gap in the range of rolling stock for the Reichsbahn.
Attempting to improve textures in general
Another point I will address is trying to improve textures in general. This means that I will try to improve the precision of the display, especially the labeling, by increasing the size of the files. There are still a lot of labels that are unpleasantly noticeable due to their coarse pixelation and illegibility. In the age of OR, this is no longer acceptable. With the graphic possibilities that the OR offers, precise and clearly legible labeling is a given. By increasing the size of the textures, the representation of the surface of the rolling stock can also be made much more precise.
And finally the little one
As if the projects already mentioned weren't enough, future projects will also include the production of coloring and lettering variants of the Köf. The GR model provides the basis for realizing numerous role models.
Until next time
