Continue with rolling stock
Since the release of the package with the 44s to replace the corresponding models from GR, it should continue like this. Next, I'll be releasing packages of 44s related to each track. This results in the following packages.
GR 1
Epoch III: 1 locomotive
Epoch IV: 2 locomotives
GR 2
Epoch IV: 1 locomotive which is oil fired
GR 5
Epoch III: 10 locomotives, 8 of which is oil fired
GR 8
Epoch III: 6 locomotives, 1 of which is oil fired
Epoch IV: 30 locomotives, 23 of which is oil fired
GR 11
Epoch III: 3 locomotives
Epoch IV: 8 locomotives, 1 of which is oil fired
Next class
Next up is the class 65 package, which will be released over the coming week.
Now with route packages
As I have announced before, in the future I will be aggregating rolling stock by route, giving you the option of downloading one package to get all the rolling stock for a route at once. As a result, the composition of the previous rolling stock packages will also change, but that is for the sake of simplification and clarity. I'll start with the GR routes first. Then came the Erzbahn Bochum 4 and the Schwarzwaldbahn 1972. Then came the PT routes, the Ahrtalbahn and the LzSuO route.
Updates for GR routes
As announced earlier this week, updates to the GR 1 and GR 2 routes are currently being worked on by two route builders. This should not only correct errors such as floating or incorrectly placed objects. Unrealistic track plans are to be adapted to the original and turntables are to be made functional. Likewise, unnatural looking textures should be replaced and textures of buildings and facilities should be aged.
Construction of the FF routes
Comprehensive original data will continue to be collected for the four planned routes from Fahrt frei.
Until next time
