3 years of weekly reports

With the weekly report for calendar week 47, I began reporting on my work in 2018. Unfortunately, I have still not managed to keep the weekly reports published on a regular basis. But I never give up and will continue to publish weekly reports and try to get the weekly regularity after all.

The unpredictable in November

Actually, it was my intention to do a lot of work in November, but then on November 4th I was paralyzed by food poisoning for several days. Then I wanted to continue from November 9th, but then everything turned out differently.

Changeover to Open Rails

The Open Rails developers contacted me in mid-October. Several changes resulted from this contact. The first change, which is already partially visible, is the beginning of the translation of the manual for Open Rails version 1.4. The next change, which is even more important, is the conversion of the .eng and .wag files of the roll material I offer. Since the OR not only offers the functions of the MSTS, but also many functions, properties and display options that are not available in the MSTS, the .eng and .wag files are now being adapted accordingly so that the roll material offered by me can use the innovations of the OR as far as possible.

The conversion of the .eng and .wag files is done in packages and is now the most important goal of my work. The complete transition from MSTS to OR must now finally be completed.
