Revision of the .cvf files

When displaying the movement of the throttle handwheel, there was an error that it did not move at every switching stage in the simulation. This problem has been resolved. Unfortunately, this error cannot be resolved with the throttle handwheel of the V 100.23 / 213 series, as the throttle handwheel is a combination of the motor's speed stages and the braking stages of the hydrodynamic auxiliary brake, and these are controlled separately in the .cvf file.
